The Husband shall be entitled to all his personal effects, e.i., 4

fishing equipment, rods, guns, together with exclusive right of the
lawnmower.

title and interest to the 1972 Ford Automobile to the Wife; and the Wife
shall convey all right, title and interest in and to the 1973 Volkswagen
to the Husband.
The Husband agrees to make mortgage lien payments in the approximate
monthly payment of $123.00 on the 1972 Ford conveyed to the Wife, until
this lien is paid in full, provided it is understodd that when the
approximate $1,800.80 balance of the automobile li~n is gaid that upon
sale of house herein above referenced the Wife hereby agrees to reimburse
the Husband $800.00 towards the total amount he has paid towards the car
payments . •
In the event the house is sold and proceeds received prior to pay-
ment in full of balance of the automobile ($1,800 approximate) the Husband
from date of this decree shall be responsible for the first $1,000.00 of
the said balance and the Wife shall be responsible for the remaining $800.00
balance with the option to the Wife to pay in cash or make monthly install-
~ ments in which latter event the Wife shall hold Husband harmless from any

i liability to the lien creditor. -

~ 5. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and

restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other. ~
6. FEES AND COSTS: The Wife's attorney's fees to GERALD S. JAMES ~

are hereby stipulated in the sum of $450.00, plus costs and the Husband '
~

agrees to pay 1/2 of the total fee and costs, $69.50, and the Wife shall
be responsib~e for the_balance of the attorney's fees and costs to
~ GERALD S. JAMES all of which shall be payable in full not later than the
~ date of closing of the proposed marital home sale.
7. PROPERTY: (A) The Wife agrees that from her 1/2 net proceeds

~ from sale of the marital home that she will pay 1/2 of the outstanding lien

~ balance to Dr. Ulsrud, the father of the Husband, in the sum of $500.00. ~
