That t'he petitioner's demand for temporary, exclusive ~ ~ possession of the dwelling at 1919_North 44th Street, Fort Pierce, ~ ~ ~ ~ Florida is hereby denied and the respondent is granted temporary ; : k possession of said residence. ` ~ ~ ~ 3. That respondent shall pay the sum of FOUR HUNDRED ~ ' ~ DOLLARS ($400.00) to the petitioner for the purpose of acquiring suitable housing accommodations during the pendency of this cause, plus TWO HUNDRED DOLIARS ($200.00) per month commencing # ~ on the 26th day of August, 1974 and each and every 26th day of the ~ month thereafter pending the f inal determination of this cause. ~ - 4.
