This cause came on to be heard July 26, 1974, after
notice, upon the petitioner's demand for temporary relief while
this cause is pending, and the C~urt having heard th~: eL•idence
presented and the arguments of the attorneys for the parties,
and being fully advised, it is,

2. That t'he petitioner's demand for temporary, exclusive ~

possession of the dwelling at 1919_North 44th Street, Fort Pierce, ~

~ Florida is hereby denied and the respondent is granted temporary ;

k possession of said residence. `

~ 3. That respondent shall pay the sum of FOUR HUNDRED ~

DOLLARS ($400.00) to the petitioner for the purpose of acquiring
suitable housing accommodations during the pendency of this
cause, plus TWO HUNDRED DOLIARS ($200.00) per month commencing

~ on the 26th day of August, 1974 and each and every 26th day of the
~ month thereafter pending the f inal determination of this cause.

- 4. The petitioner is granted permission to maintain her
~ orchid collection at the above-said residence with the right to

~ water same periodically as needed.
