Agreement dated December 31, 1963, Party of the First Part; and ;
FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY OF ~
ba3- /iHE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a municipal corporation existing under t
~ the laws of the State of Florida, whose postoffice address is
Fort Pierce, Florida, Party of the Second Part.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Party of the First Part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum vf One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
considerations to and paid by the Party of the Second Part, the ~
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and in consideration of
the mutual covenants herein contained, the parties hereto agree
as follows:
1. Party of the First Part does grant to the Party
of the Second Part, its successors and assigns, an easement for
the non-exclusive use of the land hereinafter described, situated:
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
