2. In the event that the Party of the First Part ' {
wishes that the utility services described herein be removed or ~ 3

relocated,/the City of Fort Pierce agrees to remove or relocate
said services, however, in the event of such removal or relocatiqn
the Party of the First Part shall reimburse the Party of the 4 ;
Second Part for its reasonable expenses incurred in the instal- ' S
lation of the initial utility services described herein. ~
3. At such time as the initial utility services~ '
described herein are removed or relocated, the Party of the
Second Part shall execute and deliver to the Party of the First
Part a release of the easement granted by this instrument in ;
such form to entitle said release of easement to be recarded in ; ~

the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
