This cause coming on for hearing on the Defendants'
Motion to Strike paragraph 15 and paragraph ll or paragraph
14 of the Amended Complaint; Motion to Strike answer to .

• Request for Admission of Fact; Motion for Protective Order ;
in taking of the DEFENDANT THOMAS EDWARD WILKUS' deposition;
and,
IT APPEARING that the Plaintiff voluntarily consents ~
to striking paragraph 15 of the Amended Complaint, and amends
by interlineation, paragraph 11 by inserting, "part of"
between the words, "paid" and "medical"; and further amends

F by interlineation, paragraph 14 by inserting, "some", between !

~ the words, "incurred" and "medical"; and
IT FURTHER APPEARING that the Plaintiff has volun-
~ ~
~ tarily cancelled the taking of the DEFENDANT THOMAS EDWARD
WILKUS' deposition; and the Court having heard argument of
counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants' Motion to
~ Strike answer to Request for Admission of Fact is granted, and
~ the Plaintiff is given ten (10) days from the date of this
Order within which to further respond to said Request for
~
Admission of Fact.
