WHEREAS, this undertaking is executed for the purpose

of transferring such lien from that real property to this . ;

NOW TAEREFORE, the condition of this obligation is
such that if the above HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED, should
well and truly pay. any judgment or decree which may be ~
rendered for the satisfaction of the lien for which the
elaim of Lien was recorded on June 26, 1974, in Official
Record Book 229, Page 375, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and costs not to exceed One Hundred and no/
100 ($100.00) Dollars, then this obligation to be void,_
otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
