a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16,
at page 34 of the Public I`.ecords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues
and pro~ts of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
collect and retain the said rents, issues and pro~its until default hereunder); and all figtures now or her~-
after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein described and in addition thereto the fol
lowing described household appliances, which are and shall be deemed to be, figtuX'es and a patt of the
realty, and are a portion of the secwrity for the indebtedness herein mentioned.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said
Mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple.
The Mortgagor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is seized of said land in fee simple or
such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said Mortgagor dces hereby fully warrant the title to
said land, and every part thereof, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persona
whomsoever.
