in the office of the Cle~k of the C~rcuit Court in and for the County of St. I.ucie
State of Fiorida, in ~.R. Book 2d9 Page 1971 , granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATIQN OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
