The principal of this note shell be due and payable in three (3) equal annual installments
o: S11, 360.00 each . commencing o ~ , 1975 and continuin~ on the same date
of each and every qear thereafter ur~Kl said principal sum is paid in full. In addition to the
principal-payments, interest shall be due and payable at the rate of 8$ per annum on the un-
paid balance from time to time remaining. In the event of a default in any payment of prin-
cipal or interest which default shall nat be corrected within 30 days thereaft8r, then the en-
tire remaining unpaid balanoe shall immediately become due and payable at the option of the
holder of this note . Commencing after danuary 1, 1975, any payment or any part thereof may
be paid on or before its due date pithvut penalty.
