THIS INDENTURE made and executed this ~ day of August, A.D.,
1974 by JEAN M. BROWN, joined by her husband CHARLES R. P. BROWN, of
St. Lucie County, Florida and ANN M. JERNIGAN, joined by her husband :
FLETCHER E. JERNIC~1. JR. of Leon County, Florida hereinafter called

WHEREAS, the Grantors are the owners of certain lands located ~

ingress and egress over and across the following described land, situate
