This cause coming on to be heard before me this day, and it appearing from the sworn Petition
and the Court file herein that service of process was du~y and regularly had upon the DeEendant on the
26th day of July , 1974 , and the Defendant notwithstanding said summons,
has failed to appear, answer or otherwise plead on the return day fixed therein, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

; to appear, answer or otherwise plead to the PlaintifFs Petition; and
` 2. That the Plaintiff recover of and from said Defendant Possession of the premises described in the
