This cause coming on to be heard before me this day, and it appearing fram the sworn Petition ;

and the Court file herein that service of process was duly and regularly`had upon the Defendant on the
26th ~y of July , 197 4, and the Defendant notwithstanding said summons,
has failed to appear, answer or otherwise plead on the return day fixed therein, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, lt is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: _
l. That a default he, and the same is, hereby entered against the above named Defendant for failure
~ to appear, answer or otherwise plead to the Plaintiff's Petition; and

~ 2. That the Plaintiff recover of and from said Defendant possession of the premises described in the
~ petition filed herein, as: 1506 ii. 16th Strast , and forthwith be put in possession of

~ the same by the force of the county, if necessary; and
