~ FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, jointly and severally PRO!lISF TO PAY to the order of
' f:DGAR A. GAUDETTE and COLLEEN GAUDETTE, his wife, THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS, at 1704 S.E.
~ A~air Road, Port St. Lucie, Florida, or such other place as the holder hereof may designate
i~i writing, together with interest from date at the rate of 10 per centum per annum on the
halant~P ~~.,tit maturitv. The said nrincipal and interest shall be due and payable as
foilows:
Commencing on January 30, 1975, there sha21 be an interest payment of Two-
hundred fifty ($250.00) dollars and said interest payments shall be payable
on the 30th day of each and every succeeding m~nth until December 30, 1978.
Beginning January 1, 1979, there shall be a payment of Three-hundred ninety-
six and 46/100 ($396.46) dollars, which includes princible and interest, and
~ a similar payment shall be due and payable on the lst day of each and every
' succeeding month until fully paid.

~ NO PENALTY FOR PREI'AYMENT

If default be made for 120 days in the payment of any installment of principal or interest or
~~ny part thereof, the whole sum then remaining unpaid with interest shall at holder's option
l~ecome due and payable without notice. Fa~lure to exercise such option shall not constitute
waiver of the right to exercise the same in the event of subsequent default. After _
maturity both principal and accrued interest shall bear interest at 15 per centum per annum
~~nzil paid. The makers and endorsers of this note further waive demand, notice of non-
~~~iyment and protest. If this note is not paid at maturity and the same is placed with an
<~ttorney for collection, the makers and endorsers.hereof agree to pay all costs of collection,
including all court costs and reasonable attorney fees.
