IN RE: ~ The Marriage of DAVID DeWITT BROWNING, ~ husband and MARTHA INEZ FORSTER BROWNING, ` wife. - FINAI, JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This action came on for hearing on the 9th day of August, 1974, and the Court,having given full consider~tion ta all of ~he evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the sub3ect matter of Chis action; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between the Petitioner and Respondent i and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon, , ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Petitioner, DAVID DeWITT BROWNING, and the Respondent, MARTHA INEZ FORSTER BROWNING, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are forever freed from the obligations arising therefrom. ` 2. AGREEMENT. The separation and property settlement agreement ~ } executed by the parties on the lSth day of July, 1974, was freely ~ ~ entered into by the parties after a full disclosure and under the n ~ circumstances that appear from the evidence to be for the best in- ~ ~ terest of the parties; and in its entirety, the agreement is in- corporated by reference into this judgment, and the parties are ordered to comply with all terms of the agreement. ~ 3. RESTORATION OF NAME.
