DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 9th day of August,
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines:~ This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broke.n and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ~
SOLOMON RUE and BERNICE RUE be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
; the obligations arising therefrom.
; 2. CUSTODY. Custody of SONYA RUE, Age 13 months, minor
i
t - child of the parties, is hereby awarded to BERNICE RUE, with
~ reasonable visitation riqhts reserved to SOLOMON RUE.

3. SUPPORT. Commencing the / 5 day of August, 1974,

SOLOMON ftUE shall pay to BERNICE RUE the sum of $
each and every week, for the support of the child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to BERNICE RUE. In addition there is

~ hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 statutory costs to be added to each
~ payment made to the Clerk. Both of the parties are ordered to keep
~
~ the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
~
~ addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
