ORDER .
This cause coming on to be heard on August 9, 1974, at
10:00 a.m. on Motion for Order of Contempt and Notice of Hearing,
and the Court having heard testimony of the Husband and of Errol
S. Willes, of the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes, counsel
of record for the Wife, and being fully advised in the premises,
it is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. The Court finds and determines that the HusDana,
HOUSTON HO~FTARD WILLIAMS, is in arrears in his payment to the law
firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes for their attorneys' fees and
f costs in said cause in the amount of $338.00 pursuant to the Final
i Judgment entered in said cause on December 27, 1973.

~ 2. That the Husband, HOUSTON HOWARD WILLIAMS, is hereby
~ held in contempt of this Court and sentenced to serve three (3)
~ .
~
full days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida. Z'hat
said sentence is hereby suspended upon the condition that the Hus-
band, on August 30, 1974 and on the 30th day of each month there-
~ after shall pay to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes the sum
~
~ of $50.00 per month until the full sum of $338.00 plus $7.50 as
~
~ costs for Sheriff's service of the Motion for Order of Contempt and
{
~ Notice of Hearing has been paid to the said law firm.
~
~ 3. That upon failure of the Husband to make said payments
~ -
~ to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes, then the said attorneys
~
~
