This cause coming on to be heard upon August 9, 1974,
at 10:00 a.m. on Motion for Order of Contempt and Notice of
Hearing, and the Husliand, Larry Brent Jones, having been served

on August 3, 1974, byDeputy Sheriff Bennett of the Sheriff's ~

Office of Okeechobee Coun~y, Florida, at 9:25 a.m. and failed ~
to appear at said hearing, and the Court being fully advised in
the premises, it is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
l. The Court finds and determines that the Husband, I,arry
Brent Jones, is in arrears in his payment to the law firm of
; Willes, Bittan & Willes for their attorneys' fees and costs in

E said cause in the amount of $308.00 pursuant to the Final Judgment
E
~ entered in said cause on August 6, 1~73.
~ 2. That the Husband, Larry Brent Jones, is hereby held in
contempt of this Court and sentenced to serve three (3) full days
in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida. That said
~ sentence is hereby suspended upon the condition that the Husband,
~
:
on Friday, August 9, 1974, and on Friday of each month thereafter,
~
~ shall pay to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes, the sum of
~ $50.00 until the full sum of $308.00 plus $7.50 as costs for Sheriff's
~
~ service of the Motion for Order of Contempt and Notice of Hearing

~ has been paid in full to said law firm. ;

~ 3. That upon the failure of the Husband to make said pay- ~
