ORDER
- This cause coming on to be heard on August 9, 1974, at
10:00 a.m. on Motion for Order of Contempt and Notice of Hearing,
and the Court having heard the testimony of the Husband and of
Errol S. Willes, of the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes,
counsel of record for the Wife, and being fully advised in the
premises, it is, therefore,
ORDERID AND ADJUDGID:
1. The Court finds and determines that the Husband, Frank
W. Seaman, is in arrears in his payments to the law firm of Willes,
Bittan & Willes for their attorneys' fees and costs in the sum of

~ $275.50 pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in said cause on ~
I
; September 21, 1973.
~ 2. That the Husband, Frank W. Seaman, is hereby held in
~
~ contempt of this Court and sentenced to serve three (3) full days
~ in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida. That said
sentence is her.eby suspended upon the condition that the Husband, ~

on or before September 9, 1974, shall pay to the law firm of Willes,
~ Bittan & Willes, the sum of $275.50 plus $7.50 as cost for Sheriff's
~ service of the Motion for Order of Contempt and Notice of Hearing
~
~ making a total sum of $283.00.

~ 3. That upon failure of the Husband to make said payment
t

~ to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & WiZles, then the said attorneys
~
~
~
