law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes, counsel of record for the

served with a copy of the Motion and Notice on July 26, 1974, at
7:35 o'clock a.m., fail to appear at said hearing, and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is, therefore,
~ ORDERID AND AbJUDGID:
~ 1. That the Court finds and determines that Oscar Jones,
~
(
~ Jr., is in arrears in his payment to the law firm of Willes, Bittan
~ & Willes for their attorneys' fees and costs in said cause in the
amount of $390.00 pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in said
cause on March 30, 1972.
2. That the defendant, Oscar Jones, Jr., is hereby held
~
~ in contempt of this Court and sentenced to serve three (3) full days
~
~ in the St. I,ucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida. That said
~ _

sentence is hereby suspended upon the condition that the said de-
~
~
~ fendant, Oscar Jones, Jr., shall, on Friday, August 30, 1974 and
~ -
on Friday of every week thereafter, shall pay to the law firm of
~
~
~ Willes, Bittan & Willes, the sum of $20.00 until the full sum of
~ ~c~ .
