3. That upon failure of the defendant, Oscar Jones, Jr.,
to make said payments to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes,
then the said attorneys may file with this Court and Affidavit to
that effect and a commitment Order will be issued without further
notice to the defendant, Oscar Jones, Jr.
4. That a copy of this Order shall be furnished to the
defendant, Oscar Jones, Jr. ~
