THIS CAUSE came on for hearing upon the Pl~intiff's Motion
for Summary Final Judqme ~t upon the Pleadings and proofs filed
herein, and it appearing that property service Nas obtained
upon each of the defendants, and the Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is thereofre
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as folloNS:
1. That the Plaintiff is entitled to maintain this
action, and the Court has 3urisdiction fo the sub3e ct
matter thereof an.d of 'the parties hereto.
2-. That the Plaintiff is entftled to a Summary
~ Final Judgment against the defendant, FANNIE PASCNAL.
I 3. That the Defendant has defaulted in the payment of
the sums required to be paid unde r the Tax Sale Certificate
which is the sub3ect of this action, and the Plaintiff is
entitled to a Summary Final Judgment in this cause.
