four above, the Plaintiff has a lien upon the real property
situate in ST. Lucie County, florida, to-wit:
Lots 3 and 4 of COURTNEY TERRACE, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 6 at page 7 of
the publ i c records of St. Luci e County, F1 ori da.
together wi th al l structures , improvements , fi xtures ,
appliances and appurtenances on said la~d or used in con~unc-
ti on the reNi th . -
6. That the Oefendant ~ie hereby ordered Lo pay the
amount set forth in paragraph four above to the Plaintiff -
forthwi th , and i n defaul t thereof , al l the reversi on ,
remainder, estate, right title, interest, or right of
possessio~ whatsoever of the defendants and each of them in the
above described premises shall be forevertarred and foreclosed,
and said property shall be sold as an entirety without appraise-
ment or right of redemption at public auction for cash to the
highest and best bidder, free and clear and discharged of any
cl3ims of the Oefendants, as aforesaid, and of any and all
persons, firms, or corporations claiming by, through or under
them or any of them since the filing of the lts pendens herein.
7. That if the aforesaid sums due the Plaintiff herein

costs of these proceedings incurred subsequent to this decree,
~ be not forthNith paid, within three days from the entry of
this decree, the encumbered premises shall be forthrvith sold
to the highest bidder for cash at public sale, a~ the front
door of the St. Lucie County Court Nouse in Fort Pierce,
Florida, at a sale to be held by ~~-a-~~--
who is hereby appointed Special Master of this Court to make sai
sale and to report his acts and doings in that behalf
