8. That the Plaintiff shall adYance the cost of
publishing the Notice of Sale, Special Master's fee and all
other costs pursua~t to laN, and shall be. reimbursed there-
fore by the Speci nl Mdster out of the proceeds. of said sale
in the event the Plaintiff does not purchase the property
at said sale.
9. That the Plaintif f may bid on a~d purchase the ~
property now being foreclosed upon and if the Plaintiff shall
become the purchaser at said sale, the said Special Master
shai 1 credi t the bi d of sai d P1 ai nti ff agai nst the total
sum found to be due in thisdecree, together Nith interest
on said sum as set out by law, together with interest and
costs incurred subsequent to the date of this decree.
10. That upon receipt of the purchase price bid at said
sale the said Special Master shall report to this Courtth e
said sale for confirmatio~ and after said confirmation, the
sald Special Master shall disburse the proceeds of said sale
as follows. to-wit: _
(a) His commission fees, allor+ances and expenses.
(b) Fee and costs of the officers of this Court and
of the Plaint~f in thi~ suit.
; (c) The sum set out herein together with interest thereon
~ that is due the Plaintiff and his attorney.
(d) Remaining sum, if any therebe, to be deposited by

the said Special Master in the registry of this ~
Zourt and to remain there until disbursed in
accordance with the further order of this Court.
11. Upon such confirmation, the defendant and all .
claims by, through or under them shall stand and be forever
barred and foreclosed of any and all estate rights, titles,
interest, claims, demands and equities of redemption in and
to the said property and premises and every part and parcel
thereof, and upon production of the deed of said Special
Master all a~d singular the Defendants and claimants as afore-

~ said shall surrender and yfeld possession of said property to

~ the purchaser thereof at said sale, or his agent thereunto
~
authorized.
