Court costs; making the total of $ 17.447.35 due to the plaintiff.
(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.
(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the swn specified

~ (5) If the aforesaid total sum due to the plaintiff, and all
costs of this proceeding incurred subsequent to the date of this
Judgment are not forthwith paid, the Clerk of the Court shall sell
that property at public sale within the legal hours of sale on the

days after the date of this Judgment, to the highest and best bidder
or bidders for cash at the east door of the St. Lucie County ~ourt-
house, in Fort Pierce, Florida, and after having first qiven notice
