is situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie ,State
of Florida, and more particularly described as follows:

HARMONY HEIGHTS, said plat having been recorded
in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court,
Ft. Pierce, Florida, on April 12, 1947, in
Plat Book 8, Page 24.
