WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, Mayor Commissioner and the City Clerk
of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, do hereby certify that the fare-
going and above Ordinance No. G-166 was duly advertised by title.only
in the Fort Pierce News Tribune on th~ Sth day of July, 2974, was
duly introduced, read and passed on first reading by title only by
the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, on the 22nd
day of July, 1974; copy of said Ordinance was made available at the
office of the=City Clerk to the public upon request during the time
between the first and second readings of the Ordinance; and was duly
read and passed on second and final reading by title only on the 29th
day of July, 1974, by the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce,
Florida. .
