~pMpANy, INC., a Delaware corporation, having its principal offi~:e
at No. 1301 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York, 10019 -
( "Tenant" ) .
W ITNES3 ET~I: -
Land]ord hereby demises and leasea unto Tenant and Tenant
hereby hire° and takes from Landlord, upon and subject to the
covenants and agreements set farth in that certain Lease bearing
even date herewith (the "Lease") , made betwean Landlord and Tenant,
approximately 7865 square feet of ground flaor area of the
building known as No. 131 North Second Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida, said building being located on Lots 1 and 2, Block H.
Aaron Lee's M~p of Fort Pierce, Florida, (sa id land and building
being hereinafter called the "Demised Premises").
Tp ~VE AND TO HOLD the Demised Premises for a term
commencing on the date.Tenant opens for business therein and
continuing for a period of fifteen (1~) years from the first
day of the mon~h following such con~nencement date, unless sooner
terminated as therein provicled.
Landlord and Tenant desire to record this Memorandum of
Lease for the purpose c~f placing the public on noiice 1ji:~uiiY
as to the specific provisions, terms, covenants and conditions
of tYie Lease, all of which are incorpo'rated herein by reference
with the same force and effect as if herein set forth in full.
Specifically, the Lease contains, among others, the fol2o~aing
covenants and ~*~-ments between the parties:
~ (1) T'he Lease requires Landlord to make certain
; alterations and improvements to the Demised Premises.
(2) The Lease grants to Tenant the right and option to

~ cancel the term thereof effective as of any date aftex
~ December 31, 1977.
This Memorandum of jease is being recorded in lisu of
recording the Lease itself for the pu~p~se of placing the public .
on notice of inauiry as to the specific provisions, terms, covenants
and conditions there~f, and nothir_g he~ein contained is inter.ded
to or does change, modify oi affect any of t:ne terms or provis~ons
- of the Lease or tlze rights, duties, obligations, easements ann
covenants running with t~ie land created thereby, all of which
~ remain in full force and effect.
