PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
NHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of Mierica, is
now th~ or~mer and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: ,
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortga~e Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
$5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florfida,
encuRberi ng certai n 1 ands i n St. Luci e County, F1 ori dar therei n
more particularly described; as amer.ded by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of 51,112,392.00 and
also encumbering ather lands in Poltc County, Florida, which
Modification of ~lortgage Oeed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, PaQe 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
~ Lucie County, Florida; and
~ WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premi ses , from the 1 i en and operati on ~of sai d
mortgage;
NON, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Fourteen Th usand One Nundre, `

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its

said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
