SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That . -
WHEREAS, NATHANAEL DAVIS, W. E, DUNWODY, JR. and THE
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, a national bank organized and existing
under the lawa of the Uaited States .of Ainerica and haviug its principal place
of business at Miami, Florida, as Executors of the Last Will and Testarrient
and Codicil thereto of Arthur V. Davis, deceased, are the owners and holders
of~ certain mortgage by assignment given by FIRST MORTGAGE CORPOR-
ATION OF FLORIDA, a Florida corporation, to ARTHUR V. DAV7.S COM-
PANY, a Florida corporation, bearing date the 21 st day of June, 1961, and
recorded in Official Records Book 12 at page 609 and in Official Records
Book 55 at page 115 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, givep
to secure the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Eighteen Thousand Five
~-i~n,dred Twentv and noll QO Dollars (~2, 718, 520. 00) evidence by one (1)
promissory note upon the following described property situate, lying and being--
in the County of St. Lucie, State of Flori~to-wit:
~ Land described in mortgage, dated June 21, 1q61, executed
~ by First Mortgage Corporation of Florida, a Florida corpor-

~ ation, to Arthur V. Davis Company, a Florida corporation,
which mortgage is recorded in Official Records Book 12, at
page 609, and in Official Records Book 55, at page 115, Pub-
lic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;

which mortgage was amended by Amendment to Mortgage, dated the 21 st day
of January, 1963, recorded in Official Records Book 56 at page 86, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, an orde* :vas eate i.n t':e GaLnty suciges' Court in and
~ for Dade County, Florida, on the IOth day of January 1963 authorizing the

~ Corporate Executor of the Last Will and Testament and Codicil thereto of
~ Arthur V. Davis, deceased, joined by either individual Fxecutor, to dischargc
