B. MORTGAGE A~TD OT.3ER ALIENATION OF UNITS
I. A uni~ o~~ner may aot mortgage his unit nor any ~nterest
~'r.erzin, without tt~.e approval of the Association, except as to a:_
~::~;.~tutio~al mortgagee, as hereinbefore defined. The approva~ oa
a:y other mortgagee may be upon conditions determined by the Board
o~ Directors o~ the Association, and said approval, if granted, shall_
'aa in recordable form, executed by two off icers of the Associat~on.
2. No judicial sale of a unit nor any interest thereir.
sh~.ll be valid unless: ~
(a) :he sale is to a purchaser approved by the
Association, which approval shall be in_recordable form executed by
two officers of the Associatior~ and delivered to the Pur~haser, or
(b) The sale is a result of a public sale with open
aidding.
; 3. Any sale, mortgage or lease which is not authorize6
i .~~:rsuant to the terms of the Declaration shall be void, unless
~ subsequently approved by the Board oi Directors,,and said approva~
~ s:~all have the same effect as though it had been given and f iled of
~ record simultaneously with the instrument it approved.

4. The foregoing provisions of this Article XI shall not
ap~Iy to trans~ers by a unit owner to any member of his immediate
~~mily (viz: spouse, children or parents). The phrase "sell, rent
o-r lease", in addition to its general definition, shall be derined
as i:~cluding the transferring of a unit owner's interest by gi.".t,.

dies and his unit is conveyed or bequeathed to some person other tnar.
