2. Not to make or cause to be made any structural
adGition or alteration to his unit, or to the common elements, i

holding a mortgage on his unit. ~
3. To make no alteration, decoration, repair, replace-
:,ieat or change of the common elements, or to any outside or
ek~erior ~ortion af t~e bu~:.ding whether within a unit or part of
~he common elements; to only use those contractors or subcontractors
within his unit approved by the Board of Directors.
~ 4. To allow the Board of Directors, or the agents or
erc,ployees of the Association, to enter into any unit for the pu:pose
o= maintenance, ~inspection, repair, replacement of the improvements
within the units or the common elements, or to determine in case
of emergency circumstances threatening units-or the common elements,
or to determine compliance with the provisions of this Declaration
a~d the By-Laws of the Association.

type on the common elements or his unit and erect to exterior antenna
and aerials except as consented to by the Board of Directors of the
Association.
, D. In the event the owner of a unit fails to maintain it as
~ required herein, or make any structural addition or alteration
s without the required written consent, or otherwise violates or
' threatens to violate the provisions hereof, the Association shall
~ have the right to proceed in a court of equity for an injunction to
seek compliance with the provisions hereof. In lieu thereof, and
in addition thereto, the Association shall have the right to levy
an assessutent against the owner of the unit, and the unit, for
such necessary sums and to restore the property to good condition
aad repair. Said assessment shall have the same force and effect
as all other special assessments. The Association shall have the~
further right to have its employees and agents, or any subcontractors
appointed by it, enter the unit at all~reasonable times, to da such
work as is deemed necessary by the Board of Directors of the
Association to enforce cor~pliance with the provisions hereof.
~ E. The Association shall determine the ekterior color scheme
~ of the buildinq and all exteriors, and shall be responsible for
the maintenance thereof, and no owner shall paint•an exterior wall,
~k~ door, window or balcony, or any exterior surface or replace

~ ar.yt:~ing thereon or affixed thereto, without tbe written consent
~ of the Association.
