EASEMENTS '
Declarant hereby res~rves for itself, its successors and assigns,
and for the use and benefit of the various unit owners in this
condominium or of any other condominium which may be created by
the Declarant in lands adjacent to the lands which are the subject
of this Declaration, and for the owners, tenants, invitees and
licensees o£ the property described on Exhibit "D" attached hereto
and made a part hereof, an easement for ingress and egress over and
upon the various rights of way, and~an easement for installation
~nd maintenance of public anct private utilities, all over and across
the properties as more particularly described on Exhibit "C" attached .
hereto and made a part hereof. -

ACCESS EASEMENT
The Association has been granted an easement as more particularly
set forth on Exhibit "E" attached hereto and made a part hereof, for
ingress and egress to U. S~. Highway No. 1, and said easement shall
be deemed a portion of the Common Elements of the condominium.
