centerl~ne of which is more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at tho Northwest corner of the East half of the
Southeast quarter of said Section Z7; thence on an asswned
bearing of South 89• 15' S6" East, along tha North lina of
the said East half of the Southeast qusrter of said-Section
27, a distance of 192.70 feet; thence South 47• 52' 11"
East, a distance of 266.8~ feet; thence South 89• 1S' Sb"
East, a distanco of 383.53 feet; thence South 9' 4S' S6"
East, a distance of 233.96 feat to the Point of Beginning;
thence continue South 9' 4S' S6" East, a distance of 170
feet to the beginning of a curve concsve to the East, having
a radius of 379.45 feet and a central angle of 23• 43' 37";
thence Southeasterly along the arc of said curve. a distance
of 157.69 feet to the end of said curve; thence South
33• 34' 33" East, a distance of 334.71 foet to the Terminal
Point of said 60 foot easement.
