GRANT OF EASTM~NT
FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSID~RATIONS, the Grantor,
RYERSON & HAYNRS RRALTY, INC., a Delaware corporation, does
hereby grant and set over unto HIGH POINT OF FORT PIERCS
CONDOMINiUM ASSOCIATION SSCTIO~J 1, ~NC., a Florida non-profit
corporation, a non-exclusive perpetual easement for ingress
and egress over and across the following described real
property lying in Section 27, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, St. Lucie, County, Florida, to-wit:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the East half
of the Southeast quarter of said Section 27; thence
on an assumed bearinq of South 89~ 15' S6" East,
along the North line of the East half of the South-
east quarter of said Section 27, a distance of
