HomeMy WebLinkAbout2254 This easement is non-exclusive, it being understood that the Grantor contemplates grantinq similar riqhts to owners of other property. The Grantee, in accepting this easement and as partial consideration therefor, agrees to pay.its proportionate share of any taxes imposed upon the property across which this easement exists, and the maintenance of any roads, entrance buildings, gates and landscaping existing thereon. It is contemplated that other grantees of similar easements shall similarly pay their proportionate ~ares of such expenses when, as, and if such additional easements are granted. This easement shall be for the use and benefit of the Grantee, its members, their guests and invitees, and for such public agencies or bodies which find it necessary to use this easement for access to the property comprising High Point of Fort Pierce Condominium Section 1.
