OF
HIGH POINT OF FORT PIERCE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION SECTION 1 INC,
ARTICLE I
NAME AND LOCATION
Section 1. The name of this corporation shall be HIGH POINT
OF FORT PIERCE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION SECTION 1, INC.
Section 2. Its principal place of business shall be located
at 915 N: E. 125th Street, North Miami, Florida 33161.
ARTICLE ZI .
PURPOSE
Section 1. This corporation has been organized as a non-
profit corporation pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 617
Florida Statutes for the purpose of operating and managing
High Point of Fort Pierce Condominium Section 1, pursuant to the
provisions of Chapter 711 of the Florida Statutes. Z~he condominium
I to be operated and managed by this corporation shall be located
~ upon the following described lands in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, to-wit:

Section 2. HIGH POINT OF FORT PIERCE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
~ SECTION 1, INC. was duly incorporated in the Office of the Secretary
of State of the State of Florida on February 25, 1974,
and Articles of Incorporation were duly filed in the office of

the Secretary of State, State of Florida on February 25, 1974,
~ which Articles of Incorporation are attached to the Declaration
of Condominium as Exhibit "3".
