Sectio~ 3, An audit of the accounts of the corporati.p~ shall
be nade a~nually by a certified public accountant and a copy of

Section 4. The board of directors of the corporation shail i

~:zere shall be an account for.each condominium parcel (apartment ~

w:.it). Eacn account shall designate the ~ame and address of the
ow~er or owners, the amount of each assessment against the owners,
~r.e dates and amounts in which the assessmen~s become due, the
a,~ounts paid upon the account, and the balance due upon the assess-

Section 5. The board of directors shall adopt a budget eac'n
year for the followinq calendar year which shall contain estimates
; o~ t:~e cost of operatinq and maintaining the corporation, i~cluding

~ the following items:
~ A. General expenses to be incurred in connection with

~ t:~e operation of the. general common elerients, and interests
~
~ of the condominium, i.ncluding the apartment building.
~ . 8. A breakdown showing the proposed assessment agai:~s~ :
each owner for the above expenses. '
Copies of the proposed budget and assessment shall be trans-
nitted to 2ach me.aber or or before December lst, preceding the
~ year for which the budget is made. If the budget is subsequently
~ a:ae:ded before the assessments are made, a copy of the amended
