parking of passenger automobi~es of unit owners, their
employees or invitees of units within the.building to
which such "Limited Common Elements" are a part. No
other vehicles shall be permitted. All vehicles shall
be parked only on a temporary basis for as short a period
of time as the-owner or operator of the automobile
reasonably requires to carry on his business within the
condominium. Each unit owner agrees for himself, his
employees and invitees, that the association through
its officers and employees, shall have the right to
remove any vehicle in violation of these rules~by towing
or otherwise, and do release and hold the association,
its of f icers and employees,.harmless with regard to such
removal; and shall pay all costs in connection with the
removal because of any violation oF these rules, by
himself, his employees or invitees.
The parking of boats, trailers, campers, trucks and
buses avernight is prohibited (either in designated parking
areas or on the street abutting or in front of any building).
