The undersigned hereby associate themselves together for the ;

purpose of forming a corporation not for profit under Chapter 617,
Florida Statutes, and certify as follows:
ARTICLE I
NAME
The name of the corporation shall be "High Point of Fort Pierce
Condo:ninium Association Section 1, Inc.", and the principal office
of the corporatioz shall be located at 915 N. E. 125th Street, North
Miami, Florida 33161.
ARTICLE II
PURPOSE
The purpose for which the corporation is organized is as follows: -
1. Operating a:~d managing a condominium for the use and benefit
of the owners of the condominium parcels (apartment units) as the
` agent of said owners. Said condominium shall be constructed upon

~ lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
(SEE EXHIBIT "A" ANNEXED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF)
~ 2. The documents creating the said condominium will provide
for the apartment units to be constructed upon the property described
in Exhibit "A", together with certain other improvements.
ARTICLE III

~ l. To operate and manage a condominium consisting of a number

P3 of apartment buildings and other facilities for the use and benefit .

of the individual owners of the condominium parcels (apartment unitsj
