Voting rights shall be exercised in accordance with the ~
provisions of the Declaration of Condominium and the By-Laws
of the corporation.
ARTICLE V
CORPORATE EXISTENCE
This corporation shall continue to exist so long as the ~

condominium known as "High Point of Fort Pierce Condominium ~
~

Section 1" shall be in e~cistence. The corporation may~be !
terminated by termination of "High Point of Fort Pierce Condominium
Section 1", in accordance with the conditions as set forth in
the Declaration of Coridominium and supporting documents.
ARTICLE VI _ ~
DIRECTORS -
1. The business of the corporation shall be conducted by ~

a board of directors of not less than three directors nor more ~

than eighteen directors, the exact number of directors to be

~ fixed by the By-Laws of the corporation.
2. The election of directors, their removal, or the
f illing of vacancies on the board of directors shall be in
accordance with the By-Laws of the corporation. ~ '
