THIS CAUSE came on for hearing upon the Plaintiff's
Motion for Summary final Judgment upon the pleadings and
proofs filed herein, and it appearing that proper service
was obtained upon each of the defendants, and the Court
being otherNise fully advised in the.premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Plaintiff is entitled to maintain this
action, and the Court has 3urisdiction of the sub3ect matter
