2, The Borcowen agree that they will not. without first procuring the oonsent in writing of the said Bank here-
after create or permit sny Hen or other encumbrance to exist on their perty, real orpe nonal~ now owned or here-
after acqutred by them [acluding. but not llmited to. theproperty ereinafter described.
3. The Borrowen sgree that they shall not 6ave the privi ei ge. na will they sell~ transfer. assign. hypothSC=ter or
in any manner whatever. dispose of the property, or any intetest therein~ owned by them. including specifically. but
not limited to. the following real estste situate, to•wit: (Desetlption of Property)

so long as sny indebtednest or obligation shaU remain unpaid as hereinabove refetred to in Paragraph 1.
4, If the Borrowen shall default in any of the covenanu, promises. and agreements hecein coatained to be made,
done. and performed by them~ or if they shall attempt m trarafer. sell. hypothecate. dispose of or encumhet any of
the property of the eoreowers without fint procuring the content in writin of the Bank therefa. then in eithet or any
of such events. the Bank may. ia addition to any and all other righu w~ich the Bank may have~ deelare the entire
remaining unpaid principal and interest of aay such obligationt or indebtednesses then remaining unpaid to the Bank.
