COMES NOVti the Plaintiff in the foregoing matter through their undersigned
attorneys and hands herewith to the Clerk of this Court performance and ~~yment
bond ~rritten by Sentry Indemnity Company, a corporation of the State of Wisconsin,
payable to Van Cott, Ferguson & Croft and First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Fort Pierce in the amount of $229, 000. 00, wherein R. A. Cook
& Associates, Inc., is the principal and Sentry Indemnity Company is the Surety.
Plaintiff hereby requests the Clerk implement Section 713.24 of the Florida
Statutes to the liens referred to in this Complaint as required by law.
