COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
THIS ASSIGNMENT is made this Sth day of Auqust, 1974, by
C. E. ALLEN AND COMPANY, a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred `
to as "Assiqnor", and SIDNEY KONIGSBURG and MARTIN CREMER, herein-
after referred to as."Assignees".
RECITALS:
A. Assignor is a mortqagee under that mortgage dated
April 2, 1974, between GORDON S. NUTT, as Mortgaqor, and C. E. ALLEN
AND COMPANY, a Florida corporation, CHRISTIE POLITIS and ERNEST

B. Assignor has this date executed a promissory note ~

; 1. Assignor grants, bargains, sells, assigns, transfers i

in Paragraph 8 above shall have been fully paid and satisfied, at
