mortgagor , by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the Second day of October , A. D.
1972, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the
County of St. Lucie. State of Florida. in Official Records Book 206, page 2617,
mortgaged unto BERT A. BETTS , ROY B. DAVIS , JR ROBERT M. GREEN ,
LUTHER H. HODGES , LAW RENCE F. LEE . JR JAMES B. McINTOcu .
ARTHUR W. MILAM , JACK H. QUARITIUS . FREDERICK H. SCHROEDER ,
N. C. SLADE , JR and JOHN W. YORK, as Trustees of FIDELITY MORTGAGE IN-
VESTORS, a Massachusetts business trust, under Declaration of Trust dated
May 29, 1969, and assigns, mortgagee, the premises therein parricularly described.
to secure the payment of the sum of ONE MILLION, TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY-FNE

May 29, 1969, to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said
mortgage premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage;
NOW THEREFORE: KNOW YE , That the said BERT A. BETTS ,
ROY B. DAVIS , JR ROBERT M. GREEN , LUTHER H. HODGES , LAWRENCE F. LEE , JR
JAMES B. McINTOSH , ARTHUR W. MILAM , JACK H. QUARITIUS ,
FREDERICK H. SCHROEDER . N. C. SLADE , JR and JOHN W. YORK, as Trustees of
FIDELITY MORTGAGE INVESTORS. a Massachusetts business trust, under Declaration
of Trust dated May 29, 1969, as well in consideration of the premises of the principal
sum of Twenty Nine Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty no/100----

said SLM DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, heirs and assigns forever, freed, ex-
onerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part
:r thereof; Provided always. nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in
anywise impair , alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the afore-
~ said Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgage premises not hereby re-
leased therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof .
