O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard upon the Affidavit of
Errol S. Willes of the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes for
the enforcement of the Order entered on March 29, 1974, and the
Court being otherwise fully advised, it is tYiereupon
ORDERED:
1. That the Husband, Thomas J. Bieschke, be committed ,
to the St. Lucie County Jail, Ft. Pierce, Florida for days.
2. That C. L. Norvell, Sheriff of St. Lucie County,
Florida is ordered and directed to commi.t the 8usband, Thomas J.
~ Bieschke, to the St. Lucie County Jail to serve the sentence
~ ~
herein imposed, and all and singular the Sheriffs of the counties
of the state of Florida are hereby directed to take the Husband,
Thomas J. Bieschke, into custody, wherever he may be found, arid
deliver hi.m to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida and the
Sheriff of St. Lucie County will immediately comnu.t the Husband,
Thomas J. Bieschke, to the St. Lucie County Jail, Ft. Pierce,
Florida to serve full days.
3. That the Husband may purge himself by paying to
~the Sheriff of St. Lucie County the sum of $~.~O.arrearage.
