FINAL JUDGMENT .
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
This cause came on for trial the 25th day of July, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence.
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage ~
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ROGER
A. WELSH and ARLENE B. WELSH be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
E the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
f
} the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of Greg A. Welsh, Ellen M. Welsh,
and John M. Welsh, minor children of the parties, is hereby
awarded to Petitioner, ARLENE B. WELSH, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to Respondent, ROGER A. WELSH.
3. SUPPORT. Due to the inability of Respondent to pay
child support at this time, no award of child support has been
made; however, the Court retains jurisdiction of this cause for
~ the specific purpose of awarding child support should the cir-
cumstances of Respondent change.

~ 4. ALIMONY. Respondent is hereby directed to convey to

Petitioner by quit claim deed within ten (10) days from the
- date of this judgment all of his interest in the marital home
situate at 201 Bonita Court, Port St. Lucie, Florida, and more
particularly described as follows:
