as lump sum alimony .for Petitioner. If .Respondent fails_ or
refuses to make the conveyance and assiqnment as herein required,
then without further action Respondent's interest in the above
descri.bed property and contract for deed shall i~ediately~vest
in Petitioner by force of this judgment.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassi.ng or
annoying, the other.
6. FEES AND COSTS. Due to the inability of the Respondent
to pay fees and costs at this time, no such award has been nade;
however, the Court retains jurisdiction of this cause for the

E specific purpose of awarding Petitioner a reasonable attorneys'

~ fee together with costs should the circumstances of Respondent
~ change.
7. JURISDICATION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the

parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
