SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE ~~9
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That THE ATIANTIC NATIONAL
BANK OF JACKSONVILI.E, a corporation, as Trustee of the Group Invest-
ment Fund for Employee Benefit Plans of Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc.,
under Trust Agreement dated October 31, 1957, as amended, the owner
and holder of a certain mortgage, executed by MIAMI BEACH FIRST .
NATIONAL BANK, a corporation, as Trustee of the Trust Known as
"Brujo Revocable Trust", under Trust Agreement dated the 19th day of
May, 1966, the said mortgage being dated as of December 1, 1966,
recorded in Official Record Book 160, page 364 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing a certain note in the princi- ~
pal sum of One Hundred ~ienty-five Thousand and no/100 Dollars
($125,000.00), and certain promises and obligations set forth in said
mortgage, which encumbers the property therein more particularly
described in the City oc Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie and State
of Florida; and The Atlantic National Bank of Jacksonville, as
Trustee as aforesaid, hereby acknowledges full payment and satis-
'i faction of said note and moYtgage and does hereby direct the Clerk

! of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, to cancel the

same of record.
~ IN WITNESS WI~REOF, The Atlantic National Bank of Jackson-
ville, as Trustee as aforesaid, has caused these presents to be
executed in its corporate name and its corporate seal to be hereunto
affixed by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized this
