I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, an officer duly
suthorized in the State and County aforesaid to take aclcnowledgments,
peraonally appeared Kenneth L. Pray, Jr, and Ruth w. Jones ,
to.me known to be the persons tlescribed in and who, respectively as
Vice President and Ass~stant Cashier of THE ATLANTIC NATIONAL
BANK OF JACKSONVILLE, a corporation, executed the foregoing instrument
on behalf of said corporation; and they severally acknowledged before me
